RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
We offer a post-delivery return policy of up to 30 days for customers from all over the world, provided the item is returned in new, unused, original packaging and labels.We do not charge handling fee or any other fees on returns. (Please note that shipping fee are not refundable if you place order with shipping free.)
We will exchange non-working items due to manufacturer’s defects or items that we shipped in error at no charge to you. Please call customer service at +8618857981296 to make arrangements. Please note that we cannot exchange items due to normal wear and tear or abuse.
Email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days after delivery confirmed on the tracking website. Our team will follow up on your case with details about return address and label.
Print the return label. Pack item with original packaging and tags. Reply to our email after you finish everything.
If, due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping cost, and the consumer is not charged a restocking fee for returning the product.
If it is not our cause, please contact the courier to send it yourself, and send it to us according to the communication address! Thank you for your cooperation!
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.
Custom or personalized items are not entitled to a 30-day refund. If the return is caused by the consumer, it is the consumer's responsibility. If it is a product quality problem, it will be borne by our merchants, and we will give you a full refund or resend it to you without charging your postage!

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. It may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to reach you.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from cnitattoo.com. We are unable to accept online returns in offline store. If you have purchased from a cnitattoo.com offline store or a third-party retailer, you should return the products directly to the location where they were purchased.
